2. Who we are
Lightwork Network is operated by Justin Monaghan (ABN 78 248 122 432), a sole trader based in New South Wales, Australia.

3. Products
All products are printed on demand by our fulfillment partners (Printify, Printful, Gelato) and shipped directly to you. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration. Size charts are provided on each listing — please check before ordering.

4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google/Apple Pay. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank.

5. Shipping
Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by region — see our Shipping Policy for full details. Tracking is provided when your order ships. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Returns and refunds
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at lightworknetwork1@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right. See our full Returns Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property
All artwork, copy, and brand assets are the property of Lightwork Network. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.

8. Content notice
Everything at Lightwork Network is offered for inspiration, reflection, and spiritual exploration. It is not medical, psychological, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for care from qualified professionals.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lightwork Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
